These terms cover your use of the StatPak Google Sheets add-on and the statpak.app website. By installing or using StatPak you agree to them.
The service
StatPak provides statistical analysis, Goal Seek and Solver tools for Google Sheets. The free plan includes a monthly number of runs. StatPak Pro removes that limit and is billed monthly or yearly.
Subscriptions and refunds
Pro renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing link in your receipt, and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. If StatPak does not work for you, email support@statpak.app within 14 days of a charge for a full refund of that charge.
License keys
A Pro license is for one person. Please do not share your key publicly. Keys that are shared publicly may be revoked.
Your data
You keep all rights to your spreadsheets. StatPak processes them only to perform the analyses you request, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Accuracy
StatPak is carefully tested, but statistical results depend on your data and on choosing the right method. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them for decisions. StatPak is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, StatPak's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for StatPak in the 12 months before the claim.
Acceptable use
Do not use StatPak to break the law, to interfere with Google services, or to reverse engineer the license system.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
