Privacy Policy

StatPak is a Google Sheets add-on and website operated from Canada. This policy explains what information StatPak handles and why. Questions go to support@statpak.app.

Spreadsheet data

StatPak runs inside Google Sheets using Google Apps Script. When you run a tool, StatPak reads the cells you select in the spreadsheet you have open, computes the result inside Google's Apps Script environment, and writes the result back to that spreadsheet. Your spreadsheet contents are not sent to StatPak's servers, stored by StatPak, sold, or shared with anyone.

Google permissions

StatPak requests only these Google OAuth scopes:

• spreadsheets.currentonly: read and write the spreadsheet in which you open StatPak. StatPak cannot access your other spreadsheets or any other Google Drive files.
• script.container.ui: show the StatPak sidebar inside Google Sheets.
• script.external_request: check a StatPak Pro license key with statpak.app. Only the license key is sent.

StatPak's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. StatPak does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to train AI or machine learning models.

Usage counts

To apply the free plan's monthly limit, StatPak keeps a count of runs in Google's per-user script storage (Apps Script User Properties). The count is stored by Google with your Google account and contains no spreadsheet data.

Purchases

StatPak Pro is sold through Stripe. When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email address and payment details under the Stripe Privacy Policy. StatPak receives your email address, the plan you bought and its status so it can issue and validate your license key. StatPak never sees your full card number.

Website

statpak.app does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time, browser) for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.

Email

If you email support, we keep the conversation to help you and delete it on request.

Retention and deletion

License records are kept while your subscription is active and for up to 7 years after for tax and accounting records. To delete your information, email support@statpak.app. Uninstalling the add-on stops all access to your spreadsheets.

Children

StatPak is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children under 13.
