Email support@statpak.app. To report a wrong result, include the tool you used and, if you can, a copy of the data (or a sample that shows the problem). We usually reply within one business day.

Common problems

"Google Sheets add-ons only work in the first Google account you signed in to"

Google runs add-ons as the first account signed in to your browser. If you use several Google accounts, open the spreadsheet in a private window signed in to just one account, or sign out of all accounts and sign in to the one that owns the spreadsheet first.

The StatPak menu doesn't appear

Reload the spreadsheet. The menu is under Extensions, StatPak. If it still doesn't appear, open Extensions, Add-ons, Manage add-ons and check that StatPak is turned on for this file.

"Input range contains non-numeric data"

The selected range includes text. If the first row has column names, tick "Labels in first row". Empty cells are skipped automatically.

Solver says the model is not linear

The Simplex LP method needs formulas that are sums of variables times constants. Switch the method to Nonlinear, or see the Solver guide.

Pro isn't unlocking

Click "I upgraded" in the StatPak sidebar, or run any tool. If it still shows the free limit, email us with the address on your Stripe receipt.
